Getting Seen on Google: The First Step

Nearly all major search engines and directories will have a page where you can submit your website address to be included in their listings. To make things easy for you, we’ve made a list of the most popular ones:
- Google: www.google.co.uk/addurl
- Yahoo: uk.search.yahoo.com/info/submit
- MSN/Live: beta.search.msn.co.uk/docs/submit.aspx
There are plenty of websites that will add your url automatically to all the search engines in one easy step, though I if you take the time to do it yourself you can be sure it’s been done properly.
